These terms cover your use of the Mica Habits app and micahabits.com, operated by SOCIO CONNECT LLC. Using the app means you agree to them.

The service

Mica is a habit companion. The free app includes up to three habits, the fire, the forge, and your shelf. Mica Plus is an optional subscription that raises that to ten habits, gives five times the daily conversation with Mica, lets you share a fire with a friend, and adds two widget looks. Metal packs are optional purchases of the in-app crafting currency; metal only ever buys decorative objects for the room, and everything it buys can also be earned by using the app. Purchases never advance your check-ins, your shelf, or the forge.

Subscriptions and purchases

Payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Mica Plus is $8.99 a month or $49.99 a year, each with a one-week free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. It renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. The free trial converts unless cancelled before it ends. You can manage or cancel Plus any time in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies. Things you have forged or earned remain in your room whether or not you subscribe.

License

Mica Habits is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms.

Your content and conduct

Your habits are yours. Friend features are invitation-by-code only; do not use them to harass anyone, and do not attempt to break the privacy of other users or the security of the service.

Health note

Mica is a companion, not a medical or mental health service. If the app surfaces crisis resources, they are provided in good faith and are not a substitute for professional help.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOCIO CONNECT LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months.
